Refund Policy

 

At Match Point Wellness, we prioritize your satisfaction and well-being.  All our wellness supplements and bundles are backed by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.  This assurance is applicable for initial purchases of an item or bundle and is restricted to a single return per client for each product or bundle.  The 60-day timeframe commences from the day the product is delivered to you.  All sales are final after 60 days.

Request a refund by contacting us at here at MatchPointWellness@gmail.com and provide your order number as proof of purchase in the email.  Return authorization is needed so make sure to email us for that authorization and have your order number handy.

Should you encounter any issues with the product due to shipping damages, please contact so we can help make it right for you.

Return or exchange of all non-supplement items must be within 30 days after the date of its delivery.  Please contact us about your return / exchange intent within 30 days of delivery of the item at MatchPointWellness@gmail.com and provide your order number as proof of purchase in the email.  All sales are final after 30 days.   

Exchanges are not available on supplements.

We will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.  The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.  Please know that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are not subject to refund and will not be refunded by Match Point Wellness.

We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee/return/exchange if we suspect any abuse of our return, exchange, and refund policies.

 Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
